Connecting your CRM

Overview: HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce, one at a time, OAuth-based.

Salescheck.io connects to one CRM at a time and writes the compliance score straight onto your existing records - no separate app for reps to open, no new login to remember. Three CRMs are supported:

Only one CRM can be connected per organization at a time. If you need to move from one to another, you'll disconnect the current one first - see Switching CRMs.

Who can connect a CRM

Connecting a CRM is an organization-admin action. It lives on the CRM tab in Salescheck.io, and that tab is only available to users with the Admin role. If you don't have access, ask your admin to set it up.

The connect flow, in general

All three integrations use OAuth, so the flow looks the same regardless of which CRM you're connecting:

1
Click Connect

On the CRM tab, click the Connect button under the CRM you want to use.

2
Log in and authorize

You're redirected to your CRM's own login page (a popup or full redirect, depending on the CRM), where you approve the access Salescheck.io is requesting.

3
Land back in Salescheck.io, connected

You're returned to the CRM tab and see a "connected" status next to that CRM. From here, new and updated records start getting scored and written back automatically.

Each CRM has its own setup guide with the exact steps, required permissions, and any CRM-specific quirks (like Salesforce's Connected App setup):

After you connect

Two things are worth doing right after your CRM is connected:

Users found in your connected CRM also feed into billing - they're deduplicated by email against your existing Salescheck.io team members when Salescheck.io calculates billable seats, so the same person isn't counted twice.
