Switching CRMs
Why connecting a new CRM locks out the previous one.
Salescheck.io supports exactly one active CRM connection per organization. This isn't a plan limit - it's how the integration is built. If your org has HubSpot connected and someone tries to connect Pipedrive or Salesforce, that CRM shows as locked, with a message telling you to disconnect the current one first.
What disconnecting does - and doesn't do
Disconnecting a CRM in Salescheck.io:
- Stops syncing new or updated records from that CRM.
- Stops writing new compliance scores back to that CRM.
- Deletes the stored OAuth access token for that connection.
It does not:
- Delete the Compliance Score/Reason fields already created in that CRM - they stay in place with whatever values were last written.
- Delete your field mappings for that CRM - reconnecting the same CRM later picks up where you left off.
- Touch your Audit log - historical scoring activity from that CRM stays exactly as it was.
Switching from one CRM to another
In the top navigation, click CRM. You'll see your currently connected CRM, plus the other two shown as locked.
Click Disconnect next to it and confirm. It stops syncing immediately, and the lock on the other two CRMs is lifted.
Click Connect under the CRM you want to switch to and follow its OAuth flow. See the setup guide for that CRM if you need the exact steps.
Different CRMs store country and industry differently, so check CRM field mapping after switching to make sure scoring is reading the right fields.
If you disconnect a CRM and reconnect that same CRM again afterward, your previous field mappings and backfill history are still there - you don't need to redo the mapping step from scratch.
