Where scores show up for reps

What a rep sees on a CRM record.

Salescheck.io is built so that day-to-day reps never have to open it. Once your CRM is connected, the compliance score and a short reason are written directly onto the lead, company, or deal record inside your CRM - right next to the rest of the record's fields.

There's no separate login, no extra tab, and no new tool for reps to learn. If a rep already knows how to open a record in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce, they already know how to see the compliance score.

What actually appears on the record

Two fields are added to the relevant object(s) in your CRM:

Which object gets these fields depends on your CRM:

CRMWhere the score appears
HubSpotCompany and Deal records
PipedriveDeal and Organization records
SalesforceAccount and Opportunity records

New fields aren't automatically shown on a record's main layout in any CRM - that's standard behavior for any new field, not something specific to Salescheck.io. See the setup guide for your CRM for the one-time steps to add them to the record view your reps look at.

It updates on its own

Reps don't need to refresh or re-run anything. As records sync from your CRM - on creation, and on relevant updates, typically within a few minutes depending on the CRM - Salescheck.io recalculates and writes the score back automatically. The exact timing (real-time push vs. periodic polling) depends on what your specific CRM integration supports; see that CRM's setup guide for specifics.

Understanding what a score means

A rep seeing Green shouldn't read it as "confirmed safe" - it means no rule or signal flagged anything. Red means at least one rule or 3rd-party signal flagged high risk. Unknown means there wasn't enough data (no country or industry) to evaluate a rule at all. For the full logic behind how a tier is calculated, see How scoring works.
