My CRM records aren't getting a score
Sync and connection issues to check first.
If records in your CRM aren't showing a Salescheck.io score at all — not even Unknown — the cause is usually upstream of scoring itself: the CRM connection, the sync, or how fields are mapped.
Likely causes
- The CRM connection is disconnected, expired, or needs to be re-authorized.
- Field mapping isn't set up, so Salescheck.io doesn't know which fields to read or write scores to.
- The record simply hasn't synced yet — new or recently-updated records can take a few minutes.
Check this
Go to the CRM tab in Salescheck.io and confirm your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce) still shows as connected. Salescheck.io only connects to one CRM at a time — if the status shows disconnected, or you switched CRMs recently, that alone explains records not updating.
If the connection has broken (a revoked OAuth grant, an expired token, or permissions changed on the CRM side), click Connect again on the CRM tab and re-authorize. See Connecting your CRM for the full flow.
Even with a healthy connection, records won't score correctly if Salescheck.io isn't reading from the right fields. Check CRM field mapping for the country and industry fields your team actually uses.
Run a manual lookup with the Score tester using the same country and MCC/NAICS values as the affected record. If that returns a normal result, scoring is working fine and the problem is specifically in the CRM connection or sync — not in your rules.
