Using the Score tester

Manually test a company, country, MCC/NAICS, or wallet address.

The Score tester runs a real score on the spot — the exact same tier and reason a rep would see on a CRM record — without needing an actual CRM record to test with. It's the fastest way to confirm a rule or category change behaves the way you expect before you rely on it for real deals.

Steps

1
Open the Score tester

Requires Admin access, or Member access with Compliance access granted.

2
Fill in any combination of fields

Company name, Country, MCC, NAICS, and Wallet address are all optional and independent — fill in only what you want to test. Country and MCC/NAICS are checked against your rules; company name and wallet address trigger any connected 3rd-party providers.

3
Click Score

The result comes back the same way it would for a live CRM record.

4
Read the result

You'll get a tier badge (Green, Yellow, Red, or "cannot be determined" for Unknown) and the reason text behind it. The reason reflects whichever match produced the worst tier — see How scoring works for the full logic.

If you test a company name or wallet address without a provider connected for that lookup type, the tester will flag it — the value is still shown in the result, but it won't have triggered a provider check. Connect a provider under 3rd-party data sources first if you want to test that path.
