I can't invite a teammate

Usually a seat limit — how to check and fix it.

If inviting a new teammate is blocked or refused, your org is almost always at its seat limit. This trips people up because the seat count isn't just "people I've invited" — it's shared across Salescheck.io and any connected CRM.

Why this happens

Seats are billed per unique email address, deduplicated across your Salescheck.io team and your connected CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce), if you have one. That means your seat count can be higher than you'd expect just from your Salescheck.io team list — connecting a CRM, or that CRM gaining new users, can quietly use up seats you didn't know were spoken for. See Managing seats for the full breakdown of what counts.

Check this

1
Check Used vs Available seats

Go to Team management → Team and look at the Used and Available seat counts at the top of the page.

2
Free a seat, if you have one to spare

If someone no longer needs access — a former employee, a duplicate account, or a pending invitation you no longer need — remove them to free up a seat. See Removing a team member.

3
Otherwise, increase your seat count

If every seat is legitimately in use, you'll need more of them. Go to Company & Billing to increase your plan's seat count, or see Upgrading or downgrading if you also want to change plans.

This is an Admin-only area. If you're a Member and can't invite anyone, check with your org's Admin — they can see the seat breakdown and make the change.
