Managing seats

Who counts as a seat, and used vs available.

Your plan includes a fixed number of seats. A seat is billed per unique person, not per login — here's exactly how that's counted and where to check it.

What counts as a seat

A seat is counted once per unique email address across:

If the same person appears in both — say, they have a Salescheck.io login and a user account in your connected CRM — they're deduplicated by email and only billed for one seat, not two.

A pending invitation counts toward your seat total as soon as it's sent, even before it's accepted. See Inviting a teammate for how to revoke one you no longer need.

Where to check used vs available seats

1
Open Team

In the sidebar, go to Team management → Team.

2
Check the Seats summary

At the top of the page, you'll see Used and Available seat counts, along with a Who counts as a seat explainer covering the same rules above.

Seats and your bill

Because seats are deduplicated by email across Salescheck.io and any connected CRM, your seat count can change without you directly adding a teammate. Two common ways it increases:

If your seat count goes over what your plan includes, you may need to upgrade. See Basic vs Premium to compare plans and Upgrading or downgrading for how to change plans.
