My card was declined, or my trial just ended
What happens to your data and access.
Billing is handled by Creem. Two situations cause most access issues: a payment that failed on renewal, and a 14-day trial that ended without a plan in place. Here's what each means and how to fix it.
If your card was declined
A declined card usually means Creem couldn't renew your subscription on its billing date. Your account may lose full access until payment succeeds.
Go to Company & Billing in Salescheck.io to see your current subscription and payment status.
Click Manage billing to open Creem's hosted billing portal in a new tab, where you can update your card or payment method directly. Salescheck.io doesn't collect or store card details itself — this always happens on Creem's side. See Invoices & payment methods for details.
Once your payment method is updated, Creem will retry the charge. Access is restored once the payment succeeds.
If your trial ended
Your 14-day trial gives full access without a plan. If it ends and no plan has been chosen, you'll need an active plan to keep full access. See Understanding your trial for exactly what happens on day 14 and how to pick a plan before or after that point.
What happens to your data
A lapse in billing — a declined card or an ended trial — affects access to the app. It does not delete your configured risk categories, rules, scoring history, or CRM connections. Once billing is resolved, your setup is there as you left it.
