Manage billing details in the Creem billing portal.
Salescheck.io bills through Creem, our merchant of record. Past charges live on the Invoices tab; anything to do with how you pay — your card, billing address, and similar details — is managed in Creem's own hosted billing portal.
Viewing your invoices
Go to Company & Billing → Invoices. This is visible to Admins only.
The table lists every payment Creem has actually charged — date, amount, and transaction ID — pulled directly from Creem's records, not an estimate.
Updating your card or billing address
Card details, billing address, and other payment settings aren't edited inside Salescheck.io. Instead,
click Manage billing (on the Subscription tab) or Open billing portal (on the
Invoices tab) to open Creem's hosted billing portal, where you can update your payment method, view
official tax invoices and receipt PDFs, and manage your subscription directly.
