Understanding your trial

The 14-day trial, and what happens when it ends.

Every new organization gets a 14-day trial, starting the day it's created. During the trial you get full access to score against your own rules and reference data with no card required.

Which tier does my trial use?

By default, a new trial runs on Basic-tier features. If an admin invited you with a Premium trial, your organization instead gets full Premium access for the trial period — including 3rd-party data sources, lookup credits, and Google Sheets rule sync. Whoever set up your organization or sent your invite determines which tier your trial runs on.

Checking your trial end date

1
Open Company & Billing

In the sidebar, go to Company & Billing (visible to Admins only) → Subscription.

2
Look at the Trial card

While your trial is active, a Trial card at the top of the Subscription tab shows what you'd pay per month if you kept your current tier, along with the date your trial ends.

The estimated monthly cost on the Trial card is based on your current billable seat count — the number of unique people across Salescheck.io and any connected CRM. Adding teammates or CRM users during your trial will change that estimate.

What happens when the trial ends

To keep full access after your trial ends, choose a plan and complete checkout before the end date shown on the Trial card — see Upgrading or downgrading your plan for the steps. If your trial ends without an active plan in place, Salescheck.io needs an active subscription to keep scoring and syncing results to your CRM. Your rules and scoring history aren't affected either way — picking a plan afterward picks up right where you left off.
