Welcome to Salescheck.io
What Salescheck.io does, in one page.
The problem
Before your team can safely sell to a new lead, someone should check whether the deal touches a sanctioned country, a high-risk industry, or a counterparty that shows up on a watchlist. Doing that by hand for every new lead doesn't scale - reps skip it under deadline pressure, checks are inconsistent from person to person, and there's no record of what was checked or why.
Salescheck.io automates that check and puts the answer where your reps already work: directly on the lead, company, or deal record inside your CRM. No new tool for reps to learn, and no manual lookups to remember.
Who uses what
- Sales reps typically never open Salescheck.io at all. They see a compliance score (Green, Yellow, Red, or Unknown) and a short reason right on the record in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce.
- Admins and compliance staff work inside the Salescheck.io app itself. They define the rules that produce those scores, manage Risk categories, connect optional 3rd-party data providers, and review the audit log.
- A Member can also be granted Compliance access by an admin, which unlocks the same compliance pages (Risk categories, Rules, Audit log) without making them a full Admin.
How it fits together
In plain terms, here's the flow for every new record:
- A lead, company, or deal is created or updated in your connected CRM.
- Salescheck.io reads the available fields - country, MCC, NAICS code, company name, or a crypto wallet address - and runs them against your Rules, optionally enriched by connected 3rd-party providers (OpenCorporates, Sanctions.io, ComplyAdvantage, TRM Labs).
- Every matching rule and signal produces a tier. The worst tier across all of them becomes the final verdict: Green, Yellow, Red, or Unknown.
- The result and a reason are written back to the record in your CRM, ready for the rep to see.
Nothing about this requires reps to change how they work. The scoring happens automatically in the
background; the CRM record is just updated with an extra field.
