Monthly free allowance vs prepaid credit packs.
Lookup credits pay for calls to 3rd-party data sources — OpenCorporates, Sanctions.io, ComplyAdvantage, and TRM Labs — and are a Premium feature. Your own local country, MCC, and NAICS scoring is unlimited on both tiers and never uses credits.
Two separate pools
Premium organizations draw on credits from two places, in order:
- Free monthly allowance — every Premium organization gets 1,000 lookups per month, included in the seat price. This resets at the start of each month; unused free lookups don't roll over.
- Prepaid credit balance — once the free allowance for the month is used up, further lookups draw from any credit packs you've purchased. This balance never expires and carries over indefinitely.

Prepaid credits don't expire, so it's fine to buy ahead of when you need them. You'd typically need extra credits if your team runs a higher volume of external lookups in a given month than the 1,000 free allowance covers — for example, screening a large batch of new accounts.
Buying a credit pack
Go to Company & Billing → Lookup credits. This tab shows your remaining free allowance for the month and your current prepaid balance.
Click Buy credits on the 1,000, 10,000, or 50,000-credit card.
You'll be redirected to Creem to pay. Once confirmed, the credits are added to your prepaid balance.
