Cancelling your subscription

What happens to your access after you cancel.

You can cancel your Basic or Premium subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future billing but doesn't cut off access right away.

How to cancel

1
Open Company & Billing

Go to Company & Billing → Subscription. This is visible to Admins only.

2
Open the billing portal

Click Manage billing (or Manage subscription) to open Creem's hosted billing portal in a new tab.

3
Cancel in Creem

Cancel your subscription from within the portal. Creem handles the cancellation directly — your plan in Salescheck.io updates once Creem confirms it.

What happens to your access

Once cancelled, you keep full access — scoring and, on Premium, 3rd-party data lookups — until the end of your current billing period. No further charges are scheduled during that time. The Subscription tab shows the exact date your access ends, and you can undo the cancellation from the billing portal any time before then if you change your mind.

After the current period ends, Salescheck.io stops scoring for your organization, and any records already synced to your CRM will show that your subscription isn't active rather than a compliance score.

If a payment is refunded or a payment dispute is opened, access is cut immediately instead of continuing to the end of the billing period.
Cancelling doesn't delete your data. Your risk categories, rules, and scoring history stay in place, so resubscribing later picks up right where you left off — but you won't be able to use or view them through an active plan's features until you do. If you want your data removed entirely rather than kept for a future resubscription, use the export and delete options under Company & Billing → Company → Data & privacy.
